Development of a multi-page website for 'Soobshenie' medical school. The clients already had a website that did not meet their needs the visuals were outdated, the navigation was awkward and the structure of the pages did not convey the value of the product. That’s why it was decided to make a full redesign of the site.
The medical school ‘Soobshenie' trains specialists, doctors, and psychologists in communication skills with patients and colleagues. This project is very unique in the way that we started the development ‘backwards' - first we made an internal page for the course, then we built the other courses without any corporate style, and only in the end we made the main page, after which we matched the new colours and forms to the other pages.
Structure and prototyping
On the project I worked in conjunction with a marketing expert who analysed competitors and audience, rewrote the school’s positioning and developed a prototype, so this stage of development was skipped and we went straight to the creation of the design concept.
There was no full-scale work with the elaboration of metaphors and meanings, new visuals on the project, as the clients will change the school’s corporate style and identity in the future, so we just made ‘`simplified' changes to the website to refresh it and make it more modern.
